Andy

Andy is a chef and wanted a rather special chopping board for his home.

The idea was "something that actually looks like wood and not one of those square things".

This very large board (80cm long!) was therefore crafted from a slab of beautifully figured Scottish elm, trying to preserve as much of the knots and protrusions whilst keeping the board functional and safe

As a little bonus, the "cocktail board" was added to have a more portable cutting area for small items
